Club Outing – Southwest Conservation Club – Ft. Wayne

On August 20-2022 Three Rivers Fly Fishers will be putting on an event at Southwest Conservation Club, 5703 Bluffton Rd., in Waynedale, from 11:00-4:00. This is open to club members only. You will be able to do some fishing if you want. Bring a kayak or canoe if you would like to go out on one of the 4 ponds available. We will have an area to tie to flies. If you have fly fishing related stuff you would like to sell you can bring it as well. Rick Hinton will be available to help you practice your casting. You can take walks on the various trails around the property.

We are looking at having hamburgers, brats, hot dogs and other side dishes. You are welcome to bring something, if you would like (cookies or desserts…). Your club would like to do this for its members and also an opportunity to get to know one another. We are trying to make it a fun social event for everyone; hopefully you will take advantage of this so we all can share some stories. Please respond by August 8, if you plan to attend so we can get a head count for food and drinks.
